Basic darning, two colours.

“Frankly, I hate sky blue and white.  But my kid was with me on the appointment…and I made mistake: I asked her what colours she liked.  She was in the ‘Elsa’ phase.  And now I have a sky blue and white mend.  I’m lucky it’s not a friggin snowflake.  But it does remind me of her at that age, in the polyester dress singing ‘letting gooo’ (sic) at the top of her lungs.  So it’s worth the colours to get that daily memory.”
