You have two options: remote or in-person. For remote mending, measure the damaged area, choose the style and colour you want and buy it online. We send you shipping details, you send us your piece and a few weeks later it finds its way back to you, better than new. 

If you have multiple pieces and can travel to our London atelier, the other option is to book an appointment in-person. We’ll look at your pieces, you review samples and colours, and plan the mends together.

From the moment we receive your piece, it takes about two weeks until we can send it back to you. If there’s lots to mend, it may take a bit longer but we’ll always keep you posted.
